Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new clients and secure signed recruitment terms. Once terms are agreed, all account management and recruitment delivery will be handled by JRY Consulting.DutiesGenerate new business through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking. Work with self-generated prospects and leads supplied by JRY Consulting. Engage hiring managers, HR professionals, and business owners. Qualify vacancies, hiring needs and commercial opportunities. Negotiate fees, payment terms, and rebate periods within agreed parameters. Secure signed terms of business. Maintain accurate CRM records and complete client handovers. Attend weekly pipeline calls with the Director. Follow all GDPR, CRM, and cold-outreach procedures. Required ExperienceStrong previous experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or B2B business development. Strong track record of winning new clients. Confident telephone manner and excellent written communication skills. Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills. Self-motivated, resilient and commission driven.
