As an IT Support engineer you will face be customer facing dealing with both ongoing support and project work for their customers. They are a full-service consultancy so offer a broad range of support including networking, cloud infrastructure, Desktop setup, Cyber security and much more meaning this role will be varied and suits a strong all-rounder.If you enjoy varying your knowledge in IT and want to be exposed to multiple different areas of support, then this could be the perfect role for you.
