Job Title: Validation Engineer

Our client is a respected name within the Critical Ventilation industry, with a nationwide presence. Due to continued business growth, they are recruiting for a Validation Engineer, who is experienced in working across Healthcare / Pharmaceutical environments. They are ideally seeking someone who is based with good access to major routes for easier travel, who can work self-sufficiently on site. Experience / Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working as a Validation Engineer within Critical Ventilation environments
• Ideally will hold the BOHS P601
• It would be advantageous to hold the Competent Persons and / or Authorised Persons
• Excellent industry technical knowledge
• Flexible to travel as needed
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:

• Performing Validations on clean rooms, fume hoods, microbiological safety cabinets and downflows across healthcare and pharamceutical premises
• Testing on safety cabinets, fume cupboards and laminar flows
• Maintenance on existing systems / components
• Particle counting
• DOP and HEPA filter testing
• Decommissioning and calibrating of equipment
• Adhering to HTM 0301 guidelines
• Fault-finding on systems and making recommendations for works
• Completing detailed service reports
