This is a fantastic position reporting to the Head of Finance which will be a varied role including Management Accounting and Business Partnering.

This is a 5 days on site position in Derby.

Description

• Oversee and manage the company''s financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Qualified by Experience or Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
