Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

to join their friendly and dedicated team. Established in 2000, the practice focuses solely on the care of small animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs, and offers full surgical and medical facilities, along with minor procedures and on-site hospitalisation. Out-of-hours care is covered by an external provider.The Role

Monitoring anaesthesia and providing surgical assistanceAdministering medications and conducting diagnostic imagingProviding high-level nursing care to hospitalised patientsSupporting vets in consultations and client communicationConducting nurse clinics and advising on preventative care and nutritionHandling administrative tasks such as patient admissions/discharges, insurance forms, appointment bookings, and paymentsThis is a

full-time role

(40 hours/week), with a

9-hour shift pattern

(including 1-hour unpaid lunch break), operating Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:30pm. Saturday shifts (8:30am-12:30pm) are on a

shared rota . The practice is open to discussing flexible working arrangements.Ideal Candidate

Must be a

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS)Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly organisedExcellent clinical and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a close-knit teamComfortable with client interaction and reception dutiesA full UK driving licence is helpful but not essentialWhat’s Offered
