Engineering Director and Project DirectorCan you lead engineers to deliver cutting-edge renewable energy solutions?We''re seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead technical delivery of BESS, gas peaking and hydrogen projects- from investment decision through design, construction and the successful transition to operations. You''ll manage a team of project engineers and drive excellence across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership:Oversee design coordination across projects, manage interfaces, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Draft specifications and identify value engineering opportunities.Project Engineering:Act as senior engineer on complex projects. Lead design meetings, manage deliverables, and resolve technical issues. Ensure accurate and up-to-date drawings and calculations are used across all teams.Team Management:Guide and support project engineers, ensuring consistent technical output and knowledge sharing.What You''ll Bring

10+ years in energy generation (e.g. BESS, wind, gas peaking) with strong site experience.MEng in a relevant discipline; Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent.Expertise in mechanical/piping systems or HV electrical infrastructure.Familiarity with AutoCAD, CDM regulations, and Principal Designer duties.Personal Traits
