What you’ll bring to the table:

• The Credentials: A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (DfE compliant).
• The Knowledge: A rock-solid understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations.
• The Experience: Proven success working with the 0–5 age group and the confidence to lead a small team.
