Qualification/EducationEssential: MSc in quantitative subjectDesired: PhD in quantitative subjectExperienceMinimum 7 years\'' experience working on an eFI trading desk developing pricing and hedging strategiesExperience in leading a teamHaving personally developed pricing and hedging strategies running in productionFlexibility in development technologies.
