This is a key role supporting our operations by ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and internal teams. We''re looking for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, who can manage multiple priorities and help keep our projects running smoothly. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Preparing and submitting Section 50/171 application requests to Local Authorities in line with statutory noticing requirements and lead-in times.Submitting start, stop, and reinstatement notifications ensuring compliance with deadlines.Updating and maintaining permit trackers and ensuring the central filing system is organised and up to date.Analysing and responding to Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and Section 74 charges, escalating issues as necessary.Managing defect notifications from local authorities and liaising with Operations teams for resolution.Highlighting additional work conditions to on-site teams to ensure compliance and minimise disruption.Working closely with the Finance team to ensure licence payments are processed promptly.Supporting with resolving streetworks disputes, queries, or challenges from stakeholders.Assisting colleagues with ad hoc requests
