Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market share. Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted campaigns. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals. Report on business development activities and progress to senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales within the packaging or related industry.
