Pinnacle are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a proven background working on large civil infrastructure projects for a main contractor, where you will be based out of Enfield. the project will be working on, new roads, bridges, flood mitigation, utilities installation (electricity, gas, water, comms). Duties Prepare and manage work package documentation, tender invitations, and evaluations. Support procurement of materials and services. Monitor and manage valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accounts to maximise project value and cash flow. Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and contribute to setting financial targets. Work closely with the supply chain to drive cost efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Support the Commercial Manager in client negotiations and dispute resolution as required. Person Specification Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Salary is paying up to 70,000k + allowance or car.
