Futured recruitment is looking to appoint a Production Supervisor for a well known manufacturing business going through a period of continued growth. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and operational KPIs are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and allocate work across multidisciplinary production and engineering teams to meet production schedules, KPIs, and OTIF targets.Provide hands-on operational support while supervising daily activities and maintaining high quality standards across all outputs.Monitor production performance, identify and resolve issues promptly, and ensure full compliance with quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement requirements.Review work orders and engineering documentation, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate production, training, and compliance records.Motivate, develop, and support team members through effective leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving.
