Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

Salary: £20,400 - £21,300
Type: Part-Time (22.5 hours per week), Permanent

Role Overview

The Senior HR Advisor will support the HR Manager by delivering HR services, managing employee relations cases, and ensuring policies are followed.

Main Duties

• Advise on HR policies and employment law.

 

• Manage employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance).

 

• Prepare contracts, letters, and ensure compliance.

 

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training.

 

• Assist with performance management and HR initiatives.

Skills & Experience
 

• Experience as an HR Advisor.

 

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.

 

• Proven experience in managing employee relations cases.

 

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.

Other Information

Part-time: 22.5 hours per week (either 3 full days or 5 days).

DBS check required.
