This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join a talented brigade and play a key role in a thriving, fresh food kitchen.What Youll Be Doing as a Senior Sous Chef:Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operationsLeading and mentoring a brigade of 8 chefsPreparing high-quality seasonal dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredientsWorking with in-house butchery and daily caught fishContributing to menu development with a nose-to-tail approachManaging stock, ordering, and maintaining kitchen standardsWhats On Offer for the Senior Sous Chef:Salary: £36,000
