Account Manager x2 The Opportunity: Account Manager x2 Our client have an exciting opportunity for two Account Managers to join their thriving organisation. The Account Manager is responsible for growing contract revenue across both new and existing customers. In alignment with the Sales Director, the Account Manager will serve as the account owner for a defined list or territory of customers. The role holder will be responsible for growing revenue across their customers by selling additional categories and driving implementation and compliance. Who are they? Based in Edgbaston, Birmingham, they offer solutions to manage spend effectively and improve performance, working with both public and private healthcare and non-healthcare providers to optimise the use of products and services to identify cost saving opportunities and best value. DUTIES (included, but not limited to): Account Management Manages allocated accounts/territory by developing and managing relationships with key stakeholdersConducts update meetings with allocated existing customersOversees the new customer onboarding process and works with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition onto their contractsProactively conducts outreach calls to existing and new customersConducts regular business reviews with key customers with an emphasis on sales and promotion of new categoriesMaintai
