Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate air conditioning system installations, ensuring compliance with safety and project specifications. Survey sites, assess risks, and prepare detailed installation plans. Order materials, arrange deliveries, and oversee subcontractors, crane lifts, and scaffolding when required. Interpret HVAC schematics, design plans, and technical drawings accurately. Supervise, coach, and mentor installation technicians to develop team skills.
