You will:Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and ensure clear, effective communication of our financial and commercial performance.Lead a dedicated finance team and influence the overall business agenda.Oversee budgets, forecasts, three-year plans, and weekly PandL performance.Play a critical role in business planning, performance reporting, and key transformative projects.Work both onsite and remotely, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.What You''ll Need to SucceedA professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) with a solid third-level background in business/finance preferably.5-7 years in a senior financial leadership role, with proven experience in strategic planning, transformational change, and continuous improvement.Exceptional data analysis skills with keen technical acumen,
