Graduate Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start

Location: Primary Schools across Hertfordshire
Contract: Full-Time or Flexible Supply
Pay: -93 - -100 per day via PAYE

What you''ll be doing:

• Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
  * Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support learning and progress
  * Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  * Encouraging pupils'' confidence, independence, and development
  * Gaining hands-on experience to support your future career in education

What we''re looking for:

• A degree (2:2 or above preferred - any subject considered)
  * A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we can support you through the process)
  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  * A positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for working with children
  * A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
