Working closely with production and engineering colleagues, you ll help minimise downtime, resolve faults and improve maintenance practices.What you ll be doingCarrying out planned and reactive maintenance across plant and machinery.Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.Working with gears, motors, bearings, chains, hydraulics and pneumatics.Investigating recurring breakdowns and identifying root causes.Supporting equipment upgrades, site improvements and maintenance procedures.Working collaboratively with production teams to prioritise repairs and reduce downtime.Maintaining safe working practices and supporting site security and close-down when required.What we re looking forStrong maintenance experience in manufacturing, heavy engineering, or a similar ..... full job details .....
