This is more than a traditional IT support role. While providing day-to-day technical support is an important part of the position, the primary focus is on improving and optimising existing business systems to better support operational teams.The successful candidate will work closely with operations, transport planning, warehousing, compliance, and administrative staff to understand how they work and tailor existing software to match real business processes.
