This is a rare opportunity to take a pivotal role on a long-term, high-profile data centre project near Blyth (NE24), leading the delivery of high-spec architectural/CSA fit-out packages.Important: This vacancy is not able to offer visa sponsorship. Full UK Right to Work is required.The RoleReporting into the CSA leadership team, you''ll lead a team of Package Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers to deliver Architectural / CSA fit-out works, including (but not limited to):Internal architectural finishes, partitions, doors, ceilingsRaised floors, clean rooms and specialist fit-out elementsProgramme management, sequencing and milestone controlCost control, reporting, valuations and commercial reviewsSubcontractor/vendor management and package coordinationClient-facing progress meetings and stakeholder managementQuality assurance through to handover/close-out (OandM, warranties, final documentation)Interface management with MEP and commissioning teamsRequirements (Essential)Proven data centre experience (this is mandatory)Minimum 10+ years in a main contracting environment delivering large-scale projectsStrong background delivering CSA / architectural fit-out on high-spec buildsSolid grasp of programme logic, sequencing, and ..... full job details .....
