The business offers hybrid working, with a mix of site-based and home working, and will also consider candidates looking for part-time hours (3-4 days per week).Key Responsibilities:Generation and management of pack copy, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislationArtwork approvals, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlinesCompilation, review and approval of raw material specifications, in line with all technical standardsCompletion and maintenance of finished product specifications, specifically referencing retailer requirementsConfident use of retailer specification systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance across customersKey Experience Required:Proven experience in a Specifications Technologist (or similar) role within food manufacturingStrong understanding of UK retailer requirements and specification systemsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple specifications simultaneouslyAbility to work independently while supporting the wider technical teamStrong
