I''m working with a fitout contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a gym fitout project in Manchester.

The Role:

• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project.

• Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades.

• Overseeing partitions, ceilings, flooring, decoration and specialist gym installations.

• Coordinating M&E installations and ensuring works are delivered in line with the programme.

• Managing site health and safety and maintaining quality standards.

• Liaising with the client and overseeing final snagging and handover.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience managing gym, leisure or commercial fitout projects.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS card.

• First Aid.

• Strong knowledge of internal fitout trades and subcontractor management.
