Insurance Services Claims HandlerLocation: Solihull Work Style: Hybrid (1 day per week or a few days per month in the office)About the Role We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our Insurance Services team in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional with strong claims management experience who is looking to work within a diverse and dynamic insurance environment.What You ll Do Manage a varied caseload of insurance claims from initial notification through to resolution Assess claims, make informed decisions, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process Record claims on internal systems and ensure all financial elements are processed correctly Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress claims efficiently Support the wider team with maintaining best practice and ensuring compliance across all claims activities What We re Looking For Proven experience as a Claims Handler within insurance Background in an organisation with a broad insurance programme is highly desirable Strong analytical skills and the ability to make well-reasoned decisions Excellent communication, organisation, and record-keeping abilities Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.
