Test Automation Engineer - Contract - Inside IR35 - Glasgow - Hybrid - 6-Months We''re looking for a Test Automation Engineer to build automated test frameworks that keep our cloud data pipelines and applications accurate, reliable and release-ready. Key responsibilities Design and maintain automated test suites covering unit, integration, end-to-end and regression testing Write Pytest unit tests and reusable Python test frameworks Carry out functional testing and validate data across pipelines using SQL and PySpark Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines Raise and track defects through to resolution Essential skills Strong Python and SQL, ideally with PySpark Databricks or a similar cloud data platform Pytest, plus integration, end-to-end and regression testing Software quality assurance and functional testing Data validation Git and CI/CD, ideally Azure DevOps (GitHub also considered) Apply NOW for immediate consideration.
