Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner to help support their GP Surgery on an ongoing locum contract. This is a flexible contract, with clinics available to book around your availability on a long-term basis.

Location:- Hyde, SK14
Contract: Ongoing Locum
Hours:-8am-6:30pm (30 minute unpaid break)
Shifts:-Flexible - based on your availability
Rate:--45 LTD p.h / -39.50 PAYE Inclusive p.h

Role Overview The postholder will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of undifferentiated presentations within a primary care setting. The role will involve both acute and routine clinical work.

The GP Surgery specifically need a clinician that can support with all Woman''s Health.


Key Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments of patients presenting with acute and chronic conditions and womens health.
• Ability to see patients from birth.
• Formulate differential diagnoses and implement appropriate management plans.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and within scope of practice.

• NMC or HCPC Registration
• Independent Prescriber (V300)-
• Substantial experience within Primary Care-
• Clinicians need to be able to see Women Health and patients from birth
