Days off in lieu are always provided when working weekends.The roleSupport the Store Manager with daily operations, ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently.Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at every stage.Lead by example, supporting and motivating the team to achieve high standards.Handle customer enquiries, bookings and payments, ensuring accurate administration.Support sales activity and help drive store performance.Review reports and identify opportunities to improve sales, service and efficiency.Ensure compliance with
