Business Transformation Analyst Insurance City of London Hybrid We are working on behalf of a leading global insurance organisation to appoint a Business Transformation Analyst into their UK Change and Transformation function. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong insurance background to work on meaningful business change across a range of operational and commercial areas, including Underwriting, Claims and wider Insurance Operations. The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys going beyond traditional requirements gathering - someone who can understand a business problem, challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive change through to implementation.
