We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a busy manufacturing business in Leamington Spa, CV34. This is a permanent opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing welding team.

The role

• TIG welding stainless steel
• Fabricating from bespoke one off engineering drawings
• Working to a high standard of quality from start to finish
• Supporting the team to meet production targets
• Keeping your work area clean and organised

What we are looking for

• Previous TIG welding stainless steel and Aluminium experience
• Full Fabrication experience
• Experience in the food and pharmaceutical industries is preferred
• Skilled in operating press brake, guillotine, rollers, and drill press
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
