We are recruiting for a Workforce Planning Analyst, to support our ongoing focus on our future workforce plan and to produce, analyse and present the people data held within the organisation. Alongside another Workforce Planning Analyst, you''ll be supporting the management of a long-term workforce plan, making sure we''ve got the right people in the right places, and using data to back it all up. So if you love working with data and turning it into something meaningful, have the ability to spot trends and are able to use excel to an advanced level to enable this then this is the role for you. This role will be based at Lincolnshire Police Headquarters in Nettleham and you will be working 18.5 hours a week which are to be covered Monday to Friday between 0700 and 1900 hours.
