Our client, a reputable and well-established bodyshop in Hinckley, is seeking a talented ATA MET Technician to join their busy workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MET Technician or Strip & Fit Technician looking for a stable, full-time position with excellent earning potential and a professional working environment.

Duties as a MET Technician:

• Carrying out strip and fit (MET) work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical, and trim components as a MET Technician
• Identifying and reporting additional damage or required repairs
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Assisting team members as required to meet workshop targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an MET Technician or Strip & Fit Technician
• ATA accreditation is preferred but not essential
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good organisational skills and reliability
• Own tools are desirable but not essential
