In this role, you will deliver, install, demonstrate, and maintain care technology solutions that empower residents to live safely and independently in their homes.Key Responsibilities:Conduct care technology assessments, installations, and risk assessments across the two boroughs, collaborating with our care technology service delivery partner and the Joint Control Centre (JCC).Promote the use of various care technology solutions among staff, health partners, care providers, and voluntary sector partners. Represent the councils at relevant events.Regularly review installations with service users, families, and professionals to ensure equipment meets outcomes and make adjustments as necessary.Perform maintenance on installed care technology equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.Support the Care Technology Manager by providing training to frontline social care staff and participating in team meetings.Deliver induction training for new staff in the Joint Control Room regarding care technology offerings.Maintain knowledge of community services to help reduce digital exclusion
