I''m recruiting on behalf of a Manufacturing business in the Midlands, who are working through a fixed period of long term sick leave. The current post holder leaves late September so the plan would be to handover for 1 week.

Required Experience:

• Prepare monthly management-accounts, including P&L, balance sheet-and cash-flow reporting.
• Produce budgets, forecasts-and variance analysis.
• Provide financial analysis-and commercial-insight to management.
• Maintain accurate ledgers-and perform balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end-and year-end-processes.
• Prepare financial reports-and KPI dashboards.
• Assist with audit, tax and statutory-reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to-improve financial controls-and processes.
• Work closely with-operational and senior-management teams.
• Ideally-AAT/ACCA/CIMA-qualified or part-qualified, with strong Excel-and accounting-system-experience.

They will be interviewing over the next 2 weeks, via Teams. This is a one stage process with offer to the suitable candidate looking to be made imminently.-
