Whether you have previous experience in education or are exploring a new career path, we welcome your application. Youandrsquo;ll be working closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping to create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
• Helping children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the school day
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
• Promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners
• Adapting to different school settings and age groups as needed

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, or similar)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Confidence in adapting to new environments and challenges
• A genuine interest in helping children reach their full potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
