This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, autonomy and the chance to grow a specialist product division across the UK.

As a Sales Manager, you''ll be responsible for developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales of specialist industrial valves into paper manufacturing customers. You''ll work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts while building long-term relationships across your territory.

Your Role as a Sales Manager Will Include:

• Managing and developing key customer accounts across the UK
• Generating new business within the paper manufacturing industry
• Selling specialist industrial valves and engineered flow control solutions
• Preparing quotations, proposals and negotiating contracts
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
• Working closely with internal technical and project teams to deliver customer solutions

The Successful Sales Manager Will Need:

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager or Technical Sales Engineer
• Experience selling into the paper manufacturing industry is essential
• Background selling industrial valves, pumps, flow control equipment or similar engineering products is advantageous
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK
