As an Employment Specialist, you will combine coaching, advocacy, employer engagement and problem-solving to create sustainable outcomes for both individuals and businesses. Key Responsibilities Deliver Individualised In-Work Support. Provide tailored one-to-one support to individuals in employment, helping them overcome workplace challenges and sustain their roles. Develop personalised action plans focused on job retention, wellbeing, confidence and career progression. Regularly review progress and adapt support in response to changing circumstances and individual needs.
