Corus Consultancy is immediately hiring for Catering Assistant for the location Edinburgh.Shifts AvailableMonday to Friday36.5 hours (30 Min Break)Key Duties:Food Preparation:Assisting chefs with washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients; operating basic kitchen machinery like slicers. Service and Setup:Setting up tables, chairs, and serving stations; loading/unloading supplies; serving food and beverages to guests; clearing tables. Cleaning:Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment; sanitising surfaces, floors, and dining areas to high standards. Stock and Logistics:Receiving deliveries, managing stock, and replenishing supplies in storerooms. Health and Safety:Adhering to strict food hygiene, health, and safety regulation.
