Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, values-led, and results-driven Head of People Operations to effectively lead the People Team; ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the organisation to deliver its strategy and mission, ensuring an outstanding people experience. Reporting to the Director of People, you will have a varied workload including supporting with the implementation of the People Strategy, leading on people related projects, updating policies and procedures, advising on change management and employee relations matters. You will also be part of the Senior Leadership Team. The post holder will be based in the Coventry Office (minimum two days per week) and includes a hybrid working model with opportunities for remote working and may require some unsocial work hours. The role will include the requirement to travel throughout England to various sites and locations on planned dates. This role is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £58,000 per annum.
