We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller (Setter/Operator) to join a well-established aerospace manufacturer based in Burnley. This is a permanent position offering long-term stability and excellent career prospects within a highly regulated, precision-driven environment.

The successful candidate will set and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture high-precision aerospace components to exacting tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set and operate CNC milling machines within a regulated aerospace environment
* Manufacture high-precision components to tight aerospace tolerances
* Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
* Ensure all work meets strict quality and inspection standards
* Work efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency

Machines You''ll Be Working On:
* Mori ACE 400
* ACE 500
* DVM SV
* 2 - MYWX CNC Mills

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
* Early finish on Fridays
* No weekend work

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Setter/Operator)
* Aerospace experience preferred
* Confident working with a range of CNC milling machines
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
