The business is investing heavily in improving its warehouse operation with new systems, scanners and better processes. Now they need someone who can make those changes stick.

You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of Goods In, Production Support and Dispatch, leading the warehouse through a team of supervisors and making sure standards are consistently followed.

This isn''t about sitting behind a desk. It''s about being on the warehouse floor, coaching the team, challenging poor habits and ensuring new ways of working become the norm.

As the operation continues to grow, you''ll play a key role in developing the warehouse team, improving capability and helping shape the future structure. It''s an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a high-performing team while creating a clear path for their own progression.

What you''ll need

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse or FMCG environment.
• The confidence to hold people accountable and challenge when needed.
• Good stock control and inventory management knowledge.
• Experience with WMS, ERP or SAP systems would be an advantage.
• A strong focus on health & safety, quality and operational standards.
