A full-time opportunity for an experienced female Support Worker to support an adult, client, aged 41, who has a diagnosis of Ehlers Danlos syndrome with co-morbidities, PTSD, seizures, cranial cervical instability, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, and a deteriorating lung condition. £41,091.96+ gross per annum. Nearest Tube/Station: Oxshott Wage/Salary: Monday to Saturday, Daytime: £19.91, Admin hours: £16.33. All Nights: £21.95, Sundays and bank holidays: £22.36 gross per hour. A minimum of £41,091.96+ gross per annum Driver Essential? Yes own car needed to drive to client s location. Automatic SUV to drive on duty. Essential: Solid support worker background with experience supporting clients with complex care needs, basic knowledge of MAR Charts, and administrative skills. Start Date: ASAP Days and Hours: 36 hours over 2 consecutive days starting at 9.30am through to 9.30pm, the next day. This includes an on-call night.
