Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join a leading Engineering company based in Andover. This is a temporary ongoing role.Responsibilities as a Sales Assistant:- Primarily look after the stores department- Maintaining Stock Levels- Placing orders- Selecting parts for the engineering and customer orders- Preparing quotes- General admin tasks supporting with paper work- Contacting couriers- Supporting various departments to ensure day to day business runs smoothlyRequirements as a Sales Assistant:- Knowledge of Engineering is beneficial- Ability to work under pressure- Excellent organisation skills- Must be available immediately- SAP experience is beneficialThe role:- Working 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 9:00am until 17:00pm with a 16:00pm finish on a Friday- The role could potentially become full time so must be flexible with the potential of working Tuesdays and Thursdays further down the line- Paying 12.21 - 13.00 per hour dependant on experience- Temporary ongoing position with opportunity to go permIf you are interested in this Sales Assistant position, please apply below with an up to date CV or get in touch with Amy at Pertemps.
