Building Services Engineer Location: Chelsea Salary: 40,000 to 48,000 Industry: Mechanical, HVAC Van Provided. An opportunity has opened for a Building Services Engineer to join an engineering company with sites based in West London. The ideal candidate will have extensive PPM and reactive maintenance experience within commercial buildings ideally. You will also have experience testing fire alarms and similar systems within buildings. The role is mobile around West London but with minimal travel. You will sometimes work on the same site for the whole week or just a day at the same site. Building Services Engineer Key Skills: Experienced PPM Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar within the building services industry.
