Previous experience in a pastry role within a high production establishmentStrong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.A passion for creativity, precision, and attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.Excellent team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Valid right to work in the UK as we do not offer sponsorships.
