An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Housing and Compliance Officer to join the housing team at one of Adecco''s most improved housing clients in a permanent role, paying 34,000 per annum. This is a full time role for 35 hours each week (Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm)Reporting directly into the Senior Housing Officer on a daily basis, our client is based in North London and your role will be to provide a high-quality housing management and health and safety service to a small patch of properties, acting as a primary point of contact for tenants and delivering excellent customer service.The role includes managing tenancies, carrying out health and safety inspections and compliance checks, maintaining accurate records, promoting tenant responsibilities, and taking enforcement action where required.
