OverviewCorporate Tax Knowledge Lawyer – Tax (12-Month FTC, Part-Time Options Available). Location: London. Salary: £120,000 – £135,000 FTE. Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (parental leave cover). Working Pattern: 3, 4, or 5 days per week.

What You’ll Do

Track and analyse legal and regulatory developments in UK and international tax

Create and maintain high-quality knowledge resources and precedents

Design and deliver engaging internal training sessions

Collaborate with fee earners to produce client-facing insights and thought leadership

Work closely with colleagues across practice areas and global offices

What We’re Looking For

Qualified solicitor (England and Wales) with upwards of 3+ PQE with a strong academic background gained at a leading law firm.

Significant experience in corporate tax law (either as a Knowledge Lawyer or fee earner)

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset

Commercial awareness and a keen interest in legal innovation and technology
