Responsibilities

Conga

– Lead / architect with experience in detailed implementation including CLM (Contract lifecycle management), CPQ (telecom product catalogs, bundle configuration, and complex pricing rules), and Composer (automated generation of proposals, work orders, and project documents); configure Salesforce objects, flows, and integrations to support Conga processes.

Celfocus OM+

– End-to-end Order Management implementation with focus on:

1. OM+ Configuration and Customization

– Configure TO2F (TELCO Order2Fulfill) components for order validation, sequencing, and orchestration; design decomposition rules to split high-level product orders into technical fulfillment tasks; implement automation rules (auto-complete, auto-fail, “point of no return”).

2. Integration and Data Flow

– Collaborate with integration teams to connect OM+ with integration layers; ensure API-first integration via ESB or API Gateway (MuleSoft, WSO2, Apigee).

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of telecom-related order management solutions.

Qualifications

Experience as a Conga lead / architect with detailed implementation across CLM, CPQ, and Composer; strong experience in configuring Salesforce objects, flows, and integrations.

Expertise in Celfocus OM+ implementation, including order validation, orchestration, and automation rules.

Ability to collaborate with integration teams and deliver API-first integrations using ESB or API Gateways (e.g., MuleSoft, WSO2, Apigee).

Telecom domain knowledge is a plus.
