We are looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor to join our growing team, carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) across residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing sector focused on improving energy efficiency in UK homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct EPC assessments on domestic properties
• Measure properties and collect data on insulation, heating systems, and construction
• Produce accurate EPC reports using approved software
• Ensure compliance with current regulations and standards
• Maintain excellent customer service during site visits

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail

Desirable:

• Experience carrying out EPCs
• Knowledge of retrofit or energy efficiency measures
