The appointed Senior Site Manager will take responsibility for day-to-day operations, managing a multi-plot programme from early stages through to phased handovers, ensuring consistently high-quality delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily site activities while maintaining programme, quality and safety standards.Coordinate subcontractors, labour and supply chain across a busy, fast-paced build.Drive exceptional build quality across multiple traditional build house types.Maintain close collaboration with commercial, technical and sales teams to support delivery targets.Ensure compliance with NHBC requirements, company policy and best practice in health and safety.Manage phased completions, handovers and customer care to a high standard.Ideal CandidateDemonstrable experience delivering large-volume traditional build housing schemes with a reputable or national builder.Strong technical expertise, sequencing knowledge and programme management ability.Excellent leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills.SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid essential.The Oppor
