About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join a well-established franchised car dealership in the Coulsdon area. As the face of the service department, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the service journey
• Meet and greet customers, accurately identifying their vehicle requirements
• Schedule bookings via phone, online systems, and in-person enquiries
• Provide clear and accurate cost estimates and service recommendations
• Keep customers regularly updated on vehicle progress and timelines
• Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business

About You

• Minimum of 2 years'' recent experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor
• Strong understanding of the EVHC (Electronic Vehicle Health Check) process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Stable work history (no more than 3 employers in the last 6 years preferred)
